1901 Train Wreck Photos
The following photographs were submitted
by David A. Jones. His great grandfather, David Jefferson Anderson,
was the freight engineer in this wreck. Mr. Jones also included a
photo of David Jefferson Anderson with his son, William Melvin Anderson,
listening to his father's Railroad watch. William Melvin Anderson
grew up to become a Railroad Conductor on the Chicago & Great Western
and Mr. Jones still has that watch.
